Salesforce’s major announcement from Dreamforce ’26 is “AIforce,” which makes CRM as accessible as possible outside of Salesforce and claims that AI will “replace” the user interface (UI).
In the product launch, the business stated that AIforce meant that users “don’t have to come to Salesforce to get work done,” adding that Salesforce now “comes to them” in Claude, Slack, Lightning, or wherever they choose to work. Workers can now edit data, initiate workflows, and pose queries outside of Salesforce’s user interface (UI), even if they have never opened a dashboard.
Introducing AIforce
According to Salesforce, AIforce will enable agents to reason and act across all of the data, logic, and workflows within Salesforce from any location.
Salesforce claims that although company knowledge can only be accessed by launching an app and navigating via the user interface, this “limits” who could use Salesforce, how much information they could access, and how much value they could derive from it.
With a comprehensive understanding of the business, agents are able to read hundreds of data points simultaneously, pull in linked systems, reason, and take action.
Additionally, Salesforce boldly claims that AIforce enables “anyone to build their own UI.” “Instead of forcing them to navigate a fixed system of layouts and fields, it lets them compose customized live interfaces on the fly, simply by describing them, inside platforms like Slack, Claude, and Coworker,” the startup stated in a statement.
“Everyone now has their own user interface, designed to present the precise insights they require, at the appropriate time and location.”
By integrating the context of Data 360, the application and semantic intelligence of Customer 360, and Agentforce into any AI interface, AIforce adds a layer to Salesforce’s Agentic Enterprise architecture.
Because agents can reason across all data and conversations in Salesforce to deliver insights rather than requiring users to search through records, Salesforce claims that this makes AI interfaces intelligent and dynamic.
What AIforce Brings to the Table
AIforce brings together several of Salesforce’s latest AI innovations into one connected experience. Rather than being a single standalone feature, it combines multiple capabilities designed to make AI a more natural part of how businesses work. Here’s a closer look at the key components that make up AIforce.
Claudeforce
Claudeforce is a long-term collaboration between Anthropic and Salesforce. It starts with Salesforce in Claude, incorporating 37 pre-built sales capabilities and Salesforce’s intelligence inside a pre-built MCP server.
According to the CRM business, “in the near future,” Salesforce in Claude will also incorporate analytics with Tableau and capabilities for service, marketing, commerce, and sectors.
More than forty talents, access to Salesforce’s larger skills library on GitHub, and specialized sub-plug-ins are all provided via Claude Code’s Salesforce Development plug-in. All customers can now access Salesforce in Claude in beta.
Slackforce
Salesforce has unveiled Slackforce Surfaces, which enables users to create interactive, live interfaces in Slack by pulling real-time context and data from Salesforce, Slack, and other applications.
Every Slack discussion, user, and update is linked to Salesforce via “Slack CRM.” Without ever opening Salesforce, users may use a Slack prompt to create a new account, take notes, and edit records.
By providing teams with a dedicated space to collaborate with an agent on a coding session or project, Slack Code turns AI development into a multiplayer endeavor. Slack displays working code, prototypes, and documentation.
Agentforce Coworker
In the Lightning interface, Agentforce Coworker is an AI collaborator. It operates within current permissions and business regulations because it runs inside Salesforce, and nothing is kept outside of your trust boundary.
An AI collaborator in the Lightning interface is Agentforce Coworker. It operates under current permissions and business regulations because it runs inside Salesforce; nothing is kept outside of your trust boundary.
It expands in tandem with your agent workforce by contacting the specialized Agentforce agents you have developed and implemented.
The Headless Toolkit
The Headless Toolkit powers AIforce. According to Salesforce, this architecture exposes every component of the Salesforce platform and gives developers and builders access to MCPs, APIs, plug-ins, skills, and developer tools so they can create unique AI experiences on top of Salesforce’s architecture.
Salesforce’s Vision for AIforce
“AI is creating an interface revolution,” stated Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce. “To create an intelligent, dynamic, composable system that is securely governed, built with Zero Data Retention, and designed to work with the core systems that already run your business, we are combining model intelligence with all the context that customers have built into Salesforce.”
Conclusion
Salesforce’s transition to a more AI-first future is symbolized by AIforce, which combines AI, agents, data, and business apps to produce more intelligent and integrated user experiences. AIforce has the potential to completely change how companies engage with their CRM and complete tasks as these capabilities develop. Watch this space for additional Salesforce insights and updates.
